No, the Westminster Law Library is not open to the general public.  We serve the DU community: students, law alumni, faculty, and staff.  

In Denver, the public may access the Colorado Supreme Court law library located in the Ralph L. Carr Colorado Judicial Center at 2 East 14th Avenue, Denver, Colorado.  You may contact the library by phone at (720) 625-5100 and by email at library@judicial.state.co.us.

In Boulder, the University of Colorado Law Library is open to the public.  It is located in the Wolf Law Building, 2nd Floor at 2450 Kittredge Loop Drive, Boulder, Colorado.  You may contact by phone at (303) 492-3522 and by email at lawref@colorado.edu.
